For the execution stages of the projects, SC Original SRL relies on the fundamental idea that the development of a project has to be managed correctly and constantly. The implementation consists in the efficient development and completion of the previously established activities, using the planned resources and generating the expected results, in order to meet the project objectives. In this phase, continuous monitoring activities are carried out to record the progress made in complying with the implementation activities, we check if they were developed according to the initial specifications and we modify and update the the operations according to the changes in the conditions.
If you look at implementation simply from the point of view of time allotted, we are fully aware that a project to implement an automation system, regardless of its complexity, cannot be considered a success if, due to delays in delivery of the equipment, the customer was forced to delay the start of
production and, as a result, could have lost some of its market share and revenue was affected. One of the general rules fully accepted by SC Original SRL is that any delayed deadline in the execution of a project can only lead to additional costs or losses simply because of indirect or time-dependent costs such as the cost of financial, human or material resources blocked in the development of customer activity.
Therefore, in the implementation of the solutions agreed upon, SC Original SRL carries out planning, execution, monitoring activities based on the Gantt chart, budget, monitoring and control tools - including the establishment of clear terms of activity development, technical and budgetary management of the project - resource mobilization for each task and objective, continuous communication between team members and team members and other project partners respectively, problem identification and solving, information provision (and requiring possible solutions) related to
the project, continuous monitoring of the project's development, identification of risks and their mitigation modalities.
In addition to the usual project management activities, the following activities will be carried out during
the implementation phase:
- Acquisition of the necessary equipment within the framework of the project (from our own
stock of materials of our store and warehouse or from the external collaborators) - The manufacturing of the electrical distribution and control panels, the boxes and the
command and control desks, in our own workshop - Initial tests in our workshop for mounted equipment
- Transportation and assembly of the equipment in the final location
- Implementation of electrical equipment and field instrumentation
- Wiring and connecting the different electrical consumers (lighting, machine tools, etc.)
- Installation of lightning protection and earthing/grounding systems
- Wiring and interconnection of machinery, tools, electrical panels, etc.
- Implementation of the communication systems
