For the execution stages of the projects, SC Original SRL relies on the fundamental idea that the development of a project has to be managed correctly and constantly. The implementation consists in the efficient development and completion of the previously established activities, using the planned resources and generating the expected results, in order to meet the project objectives. In this phase, continuous monitoring activities are carried out to record the progress made in complying with the implementation activities, we check if they were developed according to the initial specifications and we modify and update the the operations according to the changes in the conditions.

If you look at implementation simply from the point of view of time allotted, we are fully aware that a project to implement an automation system, regardless of its complexity, cannot be considered a success if, due to delays in delivery of the equipment, the customer was forced to delay the start of
production and, as a result, could have lost some of its market share and revenue was affected. One of the general rules fully accepted by SC Original SRL is that any delayed deadline in the execution of a project can only lead to additional costs or losses simply because of indirect or time-dependent costs such as the cost of financial, human or material resources blocked in the development of customer activity.

Therefore, in the implementation of the solutions agreed upon, SC Original SRL carries out planning, execution, monitoring activities based on the Gantt chart, budget, monitoring and control tools - including the establishment of clear terms of activity development, technical and budgetary management of the project - resource mobilization for each task and objective, continuous communication between team members and team members and other project partners respectively, problem identification and solving, information provision (and requiring possible solutions) related to
the project, continuous monitoring of the project's development, identification of risks and their mitigation modalities.

In addition to the usual project management activities, the following activities will be carried out during
the implementation phase:

  • Acquisition of the necessary equipment within the framework of the project (from our own
    stock of materials of our store and warehouse or from the external collaborators)
  • The manufacturing of the electrical distribution and control panels, the boxes and the
    command and control desks, in our own workshop
  • Initial tests in our workshop for mounted equipment
  • Transportation and assembly of the equipment in the final location
  • Implementation of electrical equipment and field instrumentation
  • Wiring and connecting the different electrical consumers (lighting, machine tools, etc.)
  • Installation of lightning protection and earthing/grounding systems
  • Wiring and interconnection of machinery, tools, electrical panels, etc.
  • Implementation of the communication systems

The commissioning and tests processes involve the application of a set of verification procedures in order to inspect and test every operational component of the project, from individual items (for example, tools and equipment) to the complex interconnections between the different modules or subsystems of installations or between different machines and facilities.

A primary goal of commissioning and testing is preparing the delivery of the system under optimum conditions, guaranteeing the system performance with the requested parameters and with the reliability and safety required by the customer.

A carefully and efficiently planned commissioning and testing stage represents an essential activity within an electrical and automation project precisely in order to confirm compliance with the technical requirements, operability and quality of the solution.

The commissioning and the final verification of the systems represent a determining factor for the way in which the installations and processes operate in time. Therefore, SC Original SRL gives great importance to these activities, ensuring that they will be carried out by experienced professionals, who understand the importance and implications of their work.

During the installation and commissioning process, the following activities will be carried out:

  • Adjustments in the components of the installations, equipment, tools, etc.
  • Programmings, settings, configurations
  • Commissioning of the equipment
  • Tests, measurements and corrections (if necessary)
  • Delivery of the functional systems to the beneficiary
  • Adaptation of the initial documentation to the concrete situation, as a result of the field, final

Our company, ORIGINAL, began its journey, officially, in 1995, in Targoviste. And we say "officially", because until then for 20 years the company had been evolving in the minds and ideas of its founders, transforming and adapting not one but dozens of times in response to the turmoil of the Romanian economic and business environment of the 1990s and beginning to take shape as each one was gaining individual experience.

Having on our side the 20 years´ experience as a general manager of the electrical and mechanical maintenance department of a special steel manufacturer in Targoviste (one of the largest companies of the steel industry in Romania with more than 10,000 employees in 2005, manufacturer of low and high alloy steels for construction, military and special constructions such as the Cernavoda nuclear plant), and also a lot of determination and enthusiasm of a united team, ORIGINAL started its activity with the aim of providing integrated "turnkey" solutions, for the automation in different industries and, above all, wishing to help, provide customers with all the experience gained in such a demanding field and with all the values without which we believe that a sustainable development or successful long-term collaboration cannot exist: integrity, customer orientation, respect and trust, ongoing communication, adaptability to market changes.

Applying our value system in all projects, regardless of the magnitude or scope, we have learned that in the vast majority of cases, the most expensive solution is not necessarily the best and it is not enough to choose what you find the most comfortable doing or building. For this same reason, the permanent communication with the client, that we carry out and promote in all our actions, allows us to adapt and individualise each solution or application so that the result of the project is the desired one. Experience has taught us that in order to have a successful business, adaptability to the demands of the market is a vital feature and this way we have managed to form a multidisciplinary team that, with a full capacity of self-teaching, increases its value with each project developed, adapting the gained experience to the particularities of each client and working with them, step by step, to achieve the agreed-upon objectives.

Today, the journey started in 1995 has successfully surpassed the milestone of the 20 years of the initial experience and, project after project, has allowed us to embrace a broader scope and strengthen our market position in the field of industrial automation solutions addressing various objectives such as purification and industrial water treatment plants, packaging lines, machine tools, assembly and manufacturing lines, industrial robotics, etc.

Modicon M580 vine cu procesoare mai puternice, capacitate mai mare a memoriei, comunicatie avansata, flexibilitate ridicata, transparenta, deschidere, securitate, fiabilitate. Conceptul ePAC este chiar in centrul acestei noi arhitecturi de automat programabil.

Ce ofera noul M580:

  • 7 noi procesoare ce sunt lansate pentru a oferi o gama completa in ceea ce priveste numarul maxim de I/O si viteza de procesare.  Acestea au  capacitate mare a memoriei si abilitati de comunicare, iar 3 dintre ele sunt prevazute pentru a functiona in medii grele (temperatura extinsa).
